Proposal

HRPA will prepare an in-depth consulting proposal, which will include an estimated timeline for the project, milestones and deliverables, the responsibilities of HRPA and the client organization, and estimated costs for personnel, support services and expenses.

Fees

HRPA's fees are based on hourly rates and expenses. They are determined by the type of engagement, time required, and which HRPA personnel are involved.
